With deference, with respect, we approached Alvar Aalto's world in the intimacy of his home in Helsinki.

Among so many sensations, emotions, reasons for inspiration, what struck me most is the extraordinary attention paid to natural light and to the surrounding nature in this project  how the house might be immediately habitable at any time without invasive interventions and how recognizable is Alvar Aalto's language in his architectural projects as well as in his industrial design developments.

Such an enriching experience.
